"To help you we need help too"
Our service provides information, practical help and emotional support to people who have experienced a crime, and to their families and friends. Our services are free and confidential and equally accessible to all. We need to raise £500,000 during 2005/06 to maintain our core services.

Trusts
Victim Support & Witness Service GM seeks support from Grant Making Trusts and Foundations to fund specific projects, staff salaries and overall running costs. This year we desperately need to improve our service provision to people who have been a victim of crime, including:
- Domestic Abuse – working with victims of domestic abuse to make sure they can access the help and support that is appropriate for them.
- Crime Against Children - e.g., robbery, bullying, racism and assault.
- Violent Crime – working with victims of violent crime, helping them claim for criminal injuries compensation, supporting them as witnesses in court and much more.
If you are involved with or have contacts within a Trust or Foundation that you think could be beneficial to Victim Support & Witness Service Greater Manchester please contact our Head Office on 0161 727 0240
